【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsofliquidappliedexternalcoating,polyurethane(PUR)andpolyurethane-modified(PUR-MOD),forthecorrosionprotectionoftubesandpipelinefittings.Thecoatinginthisstandardcanbeappliedtolongitudinallyorspirallyweldedandtoseamlesssteeltubesandfittingsusedfortheconstructionofpipelinesforconveyingliquidsorgases.Inaccordancewiththeelongationproperties,ifthecomponenthastobecoldbentthecoatingshallbeappliedafterbendingunlessotherwiseapprovedbythepurchaser.Thecoatingshallconsistnormallyofonelayerofliquidproduct,appliedbybrushorbyanairlessspraytechnique.Otherapplicationmethodscanberecommendedbytheproductmanufacturer,inaccordancewiththekindofproduct(spatula,injection,spreading,etc.).ThiscoatingcanbeusedfortheprotectionofburiedorsubmergedsteeltubesforserviceatthefollowingtemperaturesandwithtwothicknessclassesA(1000μm)andB(1500μm)basedonthefollowingcombination.Lowerthicknesscanbeagreedbetweenthecoatingmanufacturerandthepurchaser.—type1:-20℃to40℃,thicknessclassAorB—type2:-20℃to60℃,thicknessclassB—type3:-20℃to80℃,thicknessclassBOthertemperaturescanbeagreed;inthiscase,testsshallbecarriedoutattherequiredtemperature.Inthisstandardthewordcomponentsisusedfortubesandfittings.Frequenciesoftestsonfittingsshallbeagreedbythepartiesattheorderingstage.Componentscoatedwiththesetypesofcoatingsmaybefurtherprotectedbymeansofcathodicprotection.
