【摘要】:ThisdocumentdealswiththetechnicalrequirementstominimisetherisksofhazardslistedinClause4whichcanariseduringtheoperationand/ormaintenanceofdoubleactinghydraulicrescuetoolsystems,whencarriedoutasintendedbythemanufacturerorhisauthorisedrepresentative.Allthesafetyrequirementsofthisdocumentapplytodoubleactinghydraulicrescuetoolsmanufacturedafterthedateofpublication.Doubleactinghydraulicrescuetoolsystemsareintendedforusebythefirefightingandrescueservices,principallyforcuttingthrough,spreadingorpushingapartthestructuralpartsofroadvehicles,ships,trains,aircraft'sandbuildingstructuresinvolvedinaccidents.Theyconsist,asdefinedinClause3ofaseparatepowerpack,thetool[s]andthenecessaryinterconnectionsandintendedaccessories.NOTE1Theaimistoassistwhilstextractingthecasualtiesortocreateaworkingspaceforparamedicalservicestakingthelocalconditionsintoaccount.Thisdocumentdoesnotestablishtheadditionalrequirementsfor:a)operationinsevereconditions(e.g.extremeenvironmentalconditionssuchas:temperaturesoutsidetherange-20℃+55℃,corrosiveenvironment,tropicalenvironment,contaminatingenvironments,strongmagneticfields,potentiallyexplosiveatmospheres);b)theriskdirectlyarisingfromthemeansprovidedfortheportability,transportabilityandmobilityofdouble-actinghydraulicrescuetoolsduringperiodsoftheiroperation.NOTE2FortheEU/EEAotherDirectivescanbeapplicabletotheequipmentinthescope,forexampletheElectroMagneticCompatibilityDirective.
