【摘要】:EN1991-1-3givesguidancetodeterminethevaluesofloadsduetosnowtobeusedforthestructuraldesignofbuildingsandcivilengineeringworks.ThisPartdoesnotapplyforsitesataltitudesabove1500m,unlessotherwisespecified.AnnexAgivesinformationondesignsituationsandloadarrangementstobeusedfordifferentlocations.AnnexBgivesshapecoefficientstobeusedforthetreatmentofexceptionalsnowdrifts.AnnexCgivescharacteristicvaluesofsnowloadonthegroundbasedontheresultsofworkcarriedoutunderacontractspecifictothisEurocode,toDGIII/D3oftheEuropeanCommission.TheobjectivesofthisAnnexare:-togiveinformationtoNationalCompetentAuthoritiestohelpthemtoredraftandupdatetheirnationalmaps;-tohelptoensurethattheestablishedharmonisedproceduresusedtoproducethemapsinthisAnnexareusedinthememberstatesfortreatingtheirbasicsnowdata.AnnexDgivesguidanceforadjustingthegroundsnowloadsaccordingtothereturnperiod.AnnexEgivesinformationonthebulkweightdensityofsnow.Thispartdoesnotgiveguidanceonspecialiastaspectsofsnowloading,forexample；-impactsnowloadsresultingfromsnowslidingofforfallingfromahigherroof;-theadditionalwindloadswhichcouldresultfromchangesinshapeorsizeoftheconstructionworksduetothepresenceofsnowortheaccretionofice;-loadsinareaswheresnowispresentallyearround;-iceloading;-lateralloadingduetosnow(e.g.lateralloadsexertedbydrifts);-snowloadsonbridges.
